In June, single-family real estate sales continued to shatter records with median sales prices at their highest levels ever.

Despite what agents are calling a “slight uptick” in single-family house listings locally and across the United States, Metro Detroit home prices are going to remain steamy well through fall, Realtors and brokers predict, keeping one of the busiest periods in residential real estate going strong into the holidays.
